New Form

Hi

I have created a table with the following information

Symbols - Table Name

Fields
Descritpion
Symbols
Currency

Users enter information to this form and it goes into the selected table.
However a situation where occur where a new symbol would need to be added, I
wish to have a button which prompts me to open a new form. Enter the desired
data and allows me to save into a new databse.

Could someone please provide me with the code that would allow me to save
the data to the new table.
