New Installation of Groove 2007

I am starting to roll out Groove 2007 and two of the computers keeps coming
up with the error. I am only installing Groove 2007 and not the office
suite.

I keep getting the popup Microsoft Office Groove 2007

First I get popup with

Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office Groove 2007"

Then we get the second popup asking for a reboot. this is happening a few
times.

"The configuration changes made to Microsoft Office
Groove 2007 will not ake effect until your computer
has been restarted. Would you like to restar now?"
YES NO
