new problem

Hello all,

I just had this problem.
I put out a newsletter using word 2000.
I used a template and have been so for several years.
I just update the info and do a save as.
Well now when I open the file I get an extra "tool box" that has the info
for emailing this newsletter.
I do not know how this happened, but is there a way to not have this open
when the file opens?
