New user for Office 2000 after Windows XP upgrade

I upgraged a PC from Windows 98 to XP and the previously
installed Office 2000 works fine for the users that were
carried over from '98. But I created a new user under
Windows XP that did not exist under Windows 98 and this
new user cannot access the Office 2000 applications. How
can I let the new user have access to Word?
