I have created a website and it is up and running. I have
a photo gallery with pictures added to place into my
website. How do I add the page to the already established
website?

In FP, from the Navigation view, click the New Page icon
(usually the left most icon) or hold down the Control Key
and press N. Move the page to where you want it. Modify
it as necessary and save it.

Then File Publish and select Modified pages only.

That should work.
