Newbie - How to open in Inbox

In Outlook Express, there's an option to open OE in the Inbox. I can't find
a similar option in Outlook 2003. It opens in Personal Folders. I only use
Outlook for E-mail. Is it possible?

Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options...the dropdown box to choose the
starting folder is at the top.
