Just learning Project 2000. Can anybody tell me if it is possible to get
project to send task requests to the resources in the project. We are
running Exchange 2000 / Outlook 2000. I have already set the windows
account details in the resource list but can't seem to find a way to set
these tasks.

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

Yes - search the Help for "Workgroup". You need to run wgsetup.exe on each
recipient's PC.

Thanks for the welcome

I have to admit that Project drove me mad and was taking up too much time so
for the time being it is back to some Excel spreadsheets

Maybe another time eh?
