newsletter template

We are trying to use the "winter family newsletter" template for my companies
quarterly newsletter. The problem we are running into is when we try to print
a sample copy to take to the printers it has light blue bars across the blue
borders. It almost looks like a bar code. Any idea how to fix this? It's not
a problem with the printer as I have already tried to print similar documents
with no problems. It's also strange that when my boss prints it from her
computer (black and white printer) the bars do not show up.

I can't seem to find a "winter family newsletter" in the template gallery. I
see a lot with "winter" and "family" but nothing specific. Can you provide a
link? Also what application are you using?
