No Attachments at all!!!

Hello All,

I have a workstation that is using XP Pro and Outlook 2003. When you send an
e-mail to it with and attachment (even a .doc or .xls) it will not show the
attachment at all, nor will it show any message about it being blocked. It
just does not show at all! Any help on this matter would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you in advance.
