I have a template with a header and footer (company logo, contact details).
After the mail merge there are no headers and footers on the generated
documents.
When I insert a continuous section break just before the last paragraph mark
of the main merge document I do get header/footer in the generated documents,
but also a blank page after each letter/section.
Any way to resolve this?
