No incoming emails

Everything was working great on my outlook (XP)and I
tried to add another account . For some reason now I can
only send emails but I have not been receiving any emails
to my inbox.THe configuration is correct . And the emails
are not on my server so they are coming into somewhere ,
I just don't know where. Help?
