No more Microsoft Binder?

This is unjust. Why would Microsoft provide a tool and then just take it away
without providing a usable alternative? UGH! This does now allow users who
relied on that tool to remain efficient. How disappointing.

They didn't "take it away", they just didn't put it in any versions
after 2000! That was 2 versions ago, doesn't time fly?
