No "Out of Office Assistant" -- now what?

I've been trying to set up an automated response in
Outlook, and the help function tells me to use the "Out of
Office Assistant" in the Tools menu, but it is not there.
I have looked through every function of Outlook, and I
cannot figure out how to turn this function on. Please
help me before I pull all of my hair out!!

If your not using Outlook Exchange Svr you can set rules
to let you use an "Out of Office" emulater. I do not have
the web page address w/me...however it you do not get any
other respones you can email me & I can send you the web
page address: (e-mail address removed)
