no send button on outlook

I recently added office 2000 premium on my computer and
do not have a send button in outlook. I have looked in
the tools custom tab and it doesn't have one either. I
also have outlook express on the same computer, could
that be my problem?

you need to setup outlook

Have you set up at least one mail account in Outlook? If so, make sure
Outlook is listed as your default mail program in Control Panel | Internet
Options | Programs tab, and if that still doesn't do it, try deleting and
recreating the mail account(s).
