No Subject Emails

Outlook 2003 is not downloading emails with no subject
defined from our server. Has anyone else run into this?
Is there a fix?

Why is this a problem? Messages are required to have a subject.

It is a problem because it causes Outlook to "hang", stop
receiving incoming mail from the server. I have to go to
webmail and delete the email that has no subject.

Nonsense. I get nmessages with no subject all the time. If a message is
causing Outlook to hang, it's NOT because it has a blank subject.
