I have a strange problem.
I have a public folder that is mail enabled that both internal and external
users can mail to. I recently moved the folder in Public Folders to a new
location in the folder structure and disabled and re-enabled email to ensure
that the associated email address was correct.
I now have a couple of internal users that are unable to email to the
folder; the get a non-delivery report. It looks like they have cached an
address for the old location of the PF. Is there anyway to clear down the
cache?
I have tried 'send/receive->Download Address Book', but it's not worked.
Any ideas...?
Thanks in advance.
