Normal.dot Word 2007

I've currently installed Word 2007 onto new computer. I've changed the
default setting on the Normal.dot to a default view but when i.e. Arial 11 as
opposed to Calibri 11 but when somebody else log on the computer they get the
default view of Calibri 11.

How do I change the settings so that everybody has Arial 11?

Each user has his own Normal.dotm, and each individual copy would have to be
modified.
