Hi All:

I have installed Office 2003 Profesional about three time. I still get the
message "The Files Normal already exists. Do you want to overwrite it."

What is the cause of this and how can I stop it. It seems like this version
of office is as full of bugs as previous versions.

Do you have Nortons Installed? If you do unregister the officeav.dll.

To unregister officeav.dll refer to
