When Setting up an email account in Outlook. Its asks me
for my incoming mail(POP3orIMAP)and my outgoing mail
(SMTP) servers how do i find out what to put in the
boxes. It may be an easy question but i'm stump.

No problem - call your ISP and ask them what to put in.

This is something the provider of your email service can tell you, or you
might be able to look it up online or guess it. Try searching google for
something like "smtp" or "email settings" and the name of your email
provider. It will typically be something like pop.mail.<part of email
address after @>
