Notes inserted is viewable to all the resources in the project - PS 2003

Hi

If a resource inserts notes against a task, That resource is able to view
the notes inserted by other resources in the same task.

Is it because of both the resources assigned against the same task????

I want the resources to view the notes that they have inserted, not other
resources' notes assigned against the same task.

Any thoughts on this would be grately appreciated.

That is not possible with PS 2003 without custom coding.
