Notification Dialog Box Open When Opening A Merged Document

I have a user that uses Mail Merge to fill out various forms from a table of
data. Whenever he opens a 'merged' form a dialog box opens stating it is
using SQL data source. It did not use to open but does now everytime a form
is opened. I've checked 'Options', etc., but can't locate when this
'notification' is selected at.

Can anyone tell me how to turn it off?

Thanks.......I can get the actual msg if needed.....
