Nt4 Terminal Server Blue Screen when using PowerPoint

Hi,
Every time when I have many user using PowerPoint on the
NT4 Terminal Server, the server will crashed (Blue Screen)
The Server has four CPU and 3Gegabyte of memory.

If they are using Microsoft Word, they are no problem.

Please help...

Do you get any information from the blue screen? Something like...caused
a GPF in module FX.DLL or anything like that?
