OE attachment Removed

Whenever I receive an attachment that is not a *.doc
Outlook Express puts up a message saying "OE has removed
the attachment, then the name"

I assume this is a security setting but can't figure out
where to change it.

Open Outlook Express and select Tools | Options | Security tab. Uncheck the
second box from the top.
