oe attachment

When an attachement is sent to my email account i am
unable to access the attachment. I t does not matter if
it is an excel spread sheet, or internet attachment The
result reads : OE REMOVED ACCESS TO THE FOLLOWING UBNSAFE
ATTACHEMENTS. How do i disable this?
