Outlook Express 6 has quit working. When I try to open the
program, the pop-up window comes up and it hangs up there.
If I move my mouse over the pop-up window, the hour glass
shows. The only way I can get out is to X out of the pop-
up window. Then I get a timeout error message.
I can view my mail through my ISPs webmail, but not
through OE.
NOthing works with Outlook, can't delete messages, can't
download new ones since 8/25/03.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I have kept WIN 98
updated and have scanned for viruses. Everything checks
out OK. Thanks in advance.
