office 2000 error 1933

I had this program on this computer. Then I had to have a mother board
replaced and they formatted everything in the process. Now when i try to load
I get error message saying some windows protected an is unable to complete
installation.
Running XP home.
Any suggestions or do i need to buy a new office package.

Thanks, I think part of it helped. The first file didnt seem to exist on my
HDD so i pasted it in anyway. Still same error when loading the program. So I
followed they second possible issue. That file existed so I replaced and
accepted as earlier suggested. Started loading the program same error message
again. Any suggestion as to what other file/s maybe in play.
