Office 2000 Pro on Network

Hi, I've installed on each XP Pro client to run from the
computer. When a normal user clicks to open Word, every
time it comes up with a windows installer dialog box
saying its configuring Office. How can I stop this from
happening, every time? Thanking you in anticipation.
