office 2000 professonal unpgrade to office 2003 standard?

I currently have office 2000 professional edition. I recently bought the
office 2003 standard edition update. The question is, will this upgrade work
or do I need to purchase the office 2003 professional edition update?
Together with this I plan to use office Student 2003 and I want to make sure
it will be OK before I break the seal on the package.

Office 2003 Standard Edition will upgrade over
an existing Office 2000 Professional installation.
The Office Student 2003 Edition cannot perform
an upgrade.

Great. Thanks for the help. My plan was to first ru throught the upgrade
CD's then install office Student 2003 edition. My concern was that something
would be missing on the update whichj would then hamper the effectiveness of
office Student 2003.
