Office 2000 w/Outlook 2003

I'm attempting to use Outlook 2003, with the Office 2000 Std. Suite. The
problem seems to be a whole lot of incompatabilites with the two different
version. I always make sure to install Outlook 2003 after installing the
Office Suite. But, if Office need to install a component (at a later time,
i.e. Wordperfect import) it screws up Outlook and then I have to reinstall
Outlook again. Also, and more importantly, I cannot "Send to Mail Recipient"
from any Office application. If I go into Outlook and then attach a document
as an attachment it will send correctly, but not from Word, Excel, etc. The
verrsion out Office 2000 is SP3. Anyone have this same problem? Is there a
better solution than upgrading the whole suite? Thanks!

Sorry to say that this is pretty much how it works if you mix versions of
the suite. There are certain integrations that will not work, because the
code base is different between the versions.
