Office 2003 Color Change

I have a client that's colors changed in all Office 2003 products from blue
to beige. The desktop group said they didn't do anything and no one else has
this problem. It is almost as if a skin was applied, but the client didn't do
it. Is there a way to change the colors?

What did the "client" change in the desktop themes? R-click desktop,
properties, themes.
