I have just upgraded to office 2003 and every time I
attempt to use Microsoft document scanning in tools, the
program hangs. My visioneer 6100 usb is seen but the
program will not communicate w/ it. The scanner driver is
seen in all other office programs except in "Office Tools"
I have removed the and reinstalled the driver and have
gone looking to if there are combatibility issues but I am
unable to find any. Any support would be appreciated. I
am looking forward to using this tool.
