Office 2003 giving Visual C++ errors

I installed Office Pro 2003 about 2 months ago on my brand new Dell laptop.
I've now gotten Visaull C++ error twice while using it. It then Immediately
shuts down Office. The only way I can use Office again is to repair or
reinstall it. Anyone have ANY suggestions?
