when i try to access the help files an any on the office progs it opens a
blank screen
i have found the chm files but the icons in the folder have a questin mark
on the (? is this correct and if i try to open them manually a window pops up
saying "cannot open the file; mk

have recently changed from Office xp to 2003 but have had this problem for a
couple of months with the previous instalaion
