When I try to upgrade Office XP to Office 2003 the
installation begins OK - removes the old files and accepts
the Product key but hangs up when I get to "Waiting for
cabinet to be cached to local installation source -
M4561414.cab". Tried three times and waited over 5
minutes each time to see if the installation would
proceed. Are there any workarounds for this problem? Or
do I have a defective disk?
Incidently, MS tech support has not caught up with sales.
Office 2003 is not yet listed as a product.
