Office 2003 on XP - Reviewing Pane Flickers

Hello Everyone,

I have a user who is running Windows XP and Office 2003. The user is
managing a lot of tracked changes in her work. She clicks in to the
reviewing pane to make an edit and that section continuously flickers
as if being clicked or selected.

I've opened the document normally and repaired it with no problem. I
ran Word in Safe Mode and it works flawlessly. I reopened the word
document normally and still had the same problem when I went back to
the reviewing panel and tried to make a change. Detect and Repair on
the Office 2003 installation did not have an effect the issue.

Using the /a switch (Safe Mode) proves that there is nothing wrong with
Word. It points to an incompatible add-in, corrupt template or printer
driver problem.
