Office 2003 (Outlook) Shortcuts disappear

When using the shortcuts bar on the new outlook, the
shortcuts disappear after rebooting. Any ideas on how to
keep these?

they are in an xml file - you can copy it and replace it, but until you
figure out why outlook is replacing it, you'll need to replace it every
time.
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
