i uninstalled a trial version on my laptop (that previously belonged to
someone else). when i went to install a full version of office 2003
professional and activate it, i had some problems. i opened outlook to add
an email account and it said i had not propery installed or activated the
program. when i go into about outlook, it gives me a different product id
and not the one i installed. help???
