Office 2003 Service Pack 2 - Installation failure

I have tried to install the service pack, which prompts for the Office 2003
CD to be inserted, which I do. I then get an error message that it cannot
find file: Pro11.MSI on the CD and therefore the installation is aborted.

Pro11.MSI is not on the CD - where do I get this file or what do I do? I
tried downloading and installing the "full file" instead of the "client"
file, but I had the same problem - asking for insertion of the CD and
prompting for a file that is not on the CD.

Any suggestions

Pro 11.msi belongs with the Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 CD
Did you use any other Office CD for a repair at any stage or an installation of
additional Office components?
Locate missing .msi files
