office 2003 sounds

I recently had to format my PC - and have since reinstaled windows, office
etc. Before the format I downloaded an update which added sounds to
functions in office apps, but cannot find it again.

I see there is an office xp sounds add-in, but am not sure this will work.

It was definitely from the office update site, and definitely an official
release - but i can see no trace of it.

The Office XP sounds will work in Office 2003.

I downloaded "sounds.exe" from microsoft site, but i'm using Office 2003 and
cannot install it. There is an error saying that I don't have any Office
2000 program installed in my PC and this will lock the installation.
How can I maket it works?
