Office 2003 Standard / Pro installation

Suppose I have Office 2003 Standard installed, and I want to change it
to Pro.

Would it require uninstall of the standard and installation of the Pro?

Or is there any upgrade pacakge or other way to change to standard to
pro, to enable to installation of .net programmability?

You can either buy Pro or just buy the individual apps. (Access or
Publisher). Once you have that you can install over the Standard
edition. There is no upgrade package.
