HI, I purchased my Student Office 2007 product at the end of the New Year.
I
lost my product key. I had a Professional Trial Version on my computer and
my
Office Suite keeps asking my for my product ID number. I had entered my
product id number when I first purchased it. I did not know we had to keep
it. I want the trial version off my computer so I can install (again) and
use
my purchased Office Suite. I am a Strayer student and I need to use it
right
away. I have an assignment due Sunday night. Please help. I would
appreciate
it if someone could email me the Student Office 2007 product ID number.
Reply
soon.

Product key is the 25 digit number that Office nees to grant you full
use/access.
What are you trying to do that prompts you to enter some number?

Not the product key. When logging onto help it asks for product id
number
and the field shows different number of characters than the product
key.
MS
online help gives two options, can enter it by looking through the
desktop
icon, find and type it in, or it will search and fill it in. I elect
search
and it fills in, then I get error message invalid number. I cannot
verify
this by clicking the icon to find the ID number as I cannot get an icon
when
I load the software.

You don't get the product key there. It's on your CD case.

i just installed office 2007 and do not get an icon. When logging in
to
online helps it asks for a product ID number that I can find by
clicking
the
icon. With no icon I cannot get on line help.
