Office 2007 Upgrade: Will Office 2000 Upgrade Disk Work?

I want to install Office 2007 on a new computer. I understand from searching
this forum that that the upgrade version of Office 2007 will accept the CD
from a prior version as proof that I own the prior version. What I have are
the CDs for Office 2000 but it is the upgrade version (not the full version
of 2000). Will the CDs I have allow me to use the upgrade version of Office
2007?

Yes, an upgrade Office 2000 CD set should work as the qualifying product for an Office 2007 upgrae package.
