Office 2007 upgrade

I tried to install Office 2007 upgrade but I get a message that my product
doesn't qualify. I have Works Suite 9 installed on my computer and the box
states that this is a qualifying product. I also tried to install the
download for Works that is located on the Office box, but the download
requires inserting the disk. Problem is, the Works Suite on my computer is
part of a bundle that came with my computer and I don't have a disk. I would
appreciate any help.

Did you look on your recovery disk for the Works program?
Is this the download you tried?

I don't have a recovery disk for works. The software was installed on my new
computer. The new computer did not come with recovery disks. The download you
show is the one I downloaded.

I'd get in touch with my vendor, ask them for the Works disk or a recovery disk.
