Office and Microsoft Express

I am unable to use Microsoft Office and Outlook Express. I have uninstalled
as you said but that didn't work then I reinstalled and that doesn't work. I
have Works & Money 2004 disc but it want take it. At first a flag came up
saying the ID number was incorrect...I went by your instructions and
unistalled it. It rejected. So I reinstalled and it still isn't working. I
have a new computer so it has to be something you have installed wrong.
