I have a lab of xp machines that connected to a windows
2003 server and they are all running office 2000 pro.
When a different user logs on the first time and runs
word, it runs throught the installation or customization
process but does not ask for a disk. We have tool bar
settings and some customization that we want each user to
have and we made the changes under the word in the all
users folder but none of the changes stick. what are we
doing wrong or what do we need to do.
