Office applications with no color

I have a toshiba laptop running XP Pro 2002 SP2. I have loaded the MS Office
suite 2003 including SP1. The trouble I am having is that Excel and Visio
documents don't display any colors. The Powerpoint documents color is just
fine. This is for documents I create or receive from other users. Any ideas?

Thanks, I checked the drivers and preferences and everything was set ok.

You know, there's a bug where the color in Excel worksheets doesn't show up
when the data is pasted into PPT. It's resolved by setting a color printer
driver as the default printer on the computer. (I've no idea why exactly
this works, but it does seem to work.) It is probably worth a shot in your
case, too.
