Office Apps are ALL running Minimized.

hello, this problem is driving me nuts. Whenever I run any of the apps within
Office, i.e. word, excell etc, and open a file INSIDE My Documents folder, it
opens the file in full screen for about a second and then the My Documents
Folder takes over (full screen) minimizing the opened file. I have to
maximize the file to be able to use it.
But that only occurs when the file is INSIDE the My Documents folder. Any
file that is outside i.e. desktop, opens full screen without a problem.
Now, if I have a file on the desktop that is opening without a problem and
move it to the My Documents folder...bingo. the previously mentioned problems
occurs again.
Please help.
