Office crashes and I can't uninstall it

I have a user whose Office Suite continues to crash when
they use it. After doing all Windows and Office updates
and applying all service packs, the user was still
encountering the same problem. So, I was going to try to
uninstall Office and then reinstall it. I cannot get
Office to uninstall. It crashes while I am trying to
uninstall it. Any thoughts as to how to uninstall Office
short of Fdisk adn rebuilding the machine?

Presumably youve tried to repair the installation?
Does yr user have any apps running in the background? I recently had an App,
not a plugin, that caused all sorts of probs with Office.
There is an uninstall utility available at MS site
