Office disks and disks

I'm running Office XP Pro 2003 and am trying to figure out exactly which of
the following disks I need to keep in case the system ever crashes and I had
to re-load Office from scratch.

The disks I have are:

Office XP Pro 2002
Office XP Pro 2002 media content
Office XP Pro 2002 Service Pack 1
Office XP Pro 2003 Upgrade

Do I need any more than the first and last disks (Office XP Pro 2002 and the
2003 upgrade)? Or is there some scenario under which I would need the
others as well?

I'd keep them all. Media content is probably the least important. It
has the clip art and such. If you have a high-speed internet
connection, then the SP1 disk is less important as you can do the
download off the web. The other two are necessary.

Always keep everything. CD's don't take up too much space.
