office instillation same computer

I recently bought office 2003 and installed on my
computer. We have 2 different log ins, one which shows
all programs, the other shows most but is missing excel
and word ,(when you search for programs form the start
menu). this user can still download excel programs sent
via email, and office is shown in my computer add/remove
programs. how do I get it so word and excel will once
again show in programs? thanks.

you may just have to go to start ->settings-> taskbar and start menu and
click on taskbar -. click on customise -> add and point to the location
where the office programs are installed on your computer (mostly c:\program
files\office if the default was selected) and add the icon to programs
option and behold you should have the iconss back in place.
